nueva reunión - new meeting?
Dear neighbours,
Some of you have contacted me and other people to obtain information on what happened in the last assembly, when we were called to vote the proposal of installation of a water plant to provide water for our gardens the year through.
Actually I was not able to give any more explanation than simply repeating some sentences of some of our neighbours. In the expectation of not having a “sufficient majority”, as required by the Spanish horizontal property law, the voting was not made. Nevertheless, the number of
neighbors who had expressed their position in favour was overwhelming and requests are being received to have a new meeting and vote. To do so, it would be necessary that you downnloaded the attached document, and send it signed to the office of the administrator.

Algunos de vosotros habeis contactado conmigo y con otras personas para recabar información sobre lo sucedido en la última asamblea, donde no llegó a votarse la propuesta de instalación de la planta de agua reciclada.
Lo cierto es que no he sido capaz de dar más explicación que repetir las frases de algunos de los vecinos convocados. En previsión de que no hubiera una "mayoría suficiente", como requiere la ley de propiedad horizontal, no se realizó la votación.
Sin embargo el número de vecinos que habían expresado su posición favorable era abrumador y se están recabando solicitudes para reunirnos de nuevo y realizar la votación.
Para ello sería necesario que descargarais el documento adjunto, y lo enviarais firmado a la oficina del administrador.
